Fundraising
A great way to raise much needed funds for the Enthum Foundation is to undertake fundraising on our behalf. This can also be fantastic fun, good for team building and employee morale if organised at work, or a perfect excuse for a get together with family and friends.
There are quite literally hundreds of things you could do, but ideas include:
- Organise a sponsored event – i.e. run, swim, and keep-fit-a-thon or for the more daring a beard shave, drastic hair cut or even a sky dive!
- Host a fundraising dinner party, a nearly-new sale, murder mystery or cheese and wine evening and give the proceeds to The Enthum Foundation. You could even theme the occasion a ‘yes’ evening, where guests discuss their own life plans and commit to going home with a resolution to undertake a desired change in their lives
- Host a pub quiz with a difference, where the entrance fee is donated to help the UK’s young people. The theme could be famous or well respected people that have said ‘yes’ in their lives and gone on to make a real contribution to society, as well as to their own lives
- Organise a baby photo competition at work, where everyone pays an entrance fee and the winner gets a prize
- Challenge your boss or your partner to become a slave for the day and pay them to undertake tasks for you, which they then donate to the Enthum Foundation
- Auction your unwanted items on eBay and donate the proceeds to the Enthum Foundation
