Facilitator Training

The Enthum Foundation provides training for experienced counsellors, coaches and trainers to become YES Quest facilitators. Each Quest has between two and four facilitators. Interested candidates need to fulfill the following criteria:

• Be experienced counsellors, facilitators or coaches
• Have experience and keen interest in working with young people
• Have an appropriate level of fitness and enjoy outdoor activities
• Attend one or more Quests, plus additional days for training
• Cover their own costs related to attending Quests and training
• Be available to co-facilitate at least two YES Quests per year
