YES Quest Mentoring

The YES Quest continues for 12 months after the residential programme is complete. At three intervals, on-line questionnaires give participants the opportunity to reflect on their experience and development, and inform Quest facilitators on their progress and needs.

These questionnaires are followed by one to one coaching sessions. These follow-ups reconnect each of the participants with one of the facilitators, and are an opportunity to share and get additional coaching, guidance and encouragement.

Mentoring is an integral part of the YES Quest experience, and participants are expected to actively engage in order to deliver on their commitment to themselves.

Business & Education Mentoring

Sometimes participants may complete their Quest committing to projects that require skills they don’t yet have, and that are beyond the scope of the Quest follow-up mentors.

The Enthum Foundation can provide a variety of additional professional skills that include business, finance, and legal advice, or industry specific assistance. Such services are subjects to additional charges, although in some cases the Enthum Foundation will be able to help with funding support.
