VISION AND MISSION
Our vision is to create a stable and sustainable “home” environment where the basic needs for regenerative sleep, balanced nutrition and complimentary medical care are met within a safe, wholesome and responsive community committed to reciprocal learning. The aim is to enable and empower these young people to realise their individual potential by building on their resilience and the reconciliation of their trauma whilst facilitating and inspiring their invaluable integration and contribution to their local communities and UK society as a whole.
Our mission is to provide a variety of therapies, creative and technical workshops, sports, nature reconnection, cross-cultural and language classes to suit everyone’s needs and interests and best prepare for an independent and self-reliant future.
We encourage the bridging of cultural barriers, the participation in academic and vocational opportunities and the contribution to the sustainability of the centre by engaging in local community initiatives and support the acquisition of valuable life skills and enterprise.
We offer a comprehensive legal network to support individual’s asylum claims and ensure that the young people’s best interest and choices for their future will be upheld and protected.
We are creating a model that can be replicated in communities across the UK in collaboration with local authorities, social services, established charity organisations and community groups.
